A nice gift

Initially I was disappointed that there were two errors in the engraving of this collar. However, when notified, the company reacted quickly, I returned the collar, the errors have been rectified and the collar quickly sent back to me. My return postage costs have been refunded and so apart from the inconvenience of having to return the item, which was unfortunate, everything has been quickly resolved. It is a lovely collar and will make a super gift.

Great gift

Bought this as a birthday gift and it is perfect - engraving is exactly as detailed and the delivery (for me at least) was really quick.

Traditional Hand Engraving

Traditional Hand Engraving - A time honoured craft

Traditional Hand Engraving

Hand Engraving is a dying art, it is a traditional way of engraving and has been done this way for many years. Nowadays there are less skilled hand engravers around and machines are now being used which do not give the quality and durability that Hand Engraving gives, every process of hand engraving is done by hand and it is all down to the skill of the engraver Peter, it gives the article a very artistic look.
