Please double check spelling when ordering personalised jewellery or gifts from our website as we cannot correct the item once it has been Hand Engraved.

Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit ,or does not arrive at all, please contact us.

We do not accept returns on personalised jewellery or gifts.

We accept return on items not personalised, items have to be returned within 7 days, not used and in there original packaging.  On receipt of the item we will refund your payment less postage charge.  Before returning the item please e-mail us for a returns number to be issued.
