Payments

Payments can be made online securely through Paypal or Nochex.  The unique benefit of this is that we never see any of your financial information, it is all kept private on Paypal's or Nochex secure encrypted server. It is one of the safest method of payment online.

You do not need an account with Paypal, just select continue instead of login on their website screen.

If paying by credit or debit card by Nochex, please note on your statement the transaction details will be marked "Nochex" not Personalised Silver.

We accept Cheque and Postal orders, please enter you order into the shopping cart and select cheque or Postal order. Post to Personalised Silver, Unit 708, Office 6 Slington House, Rankine Road, Basingstoke, RG24 8PH.  Please note your order will be delayed 7-10 days for the payments to clear the bank.

We now also accept credit and debit card payments over the phone on 0844 8845374 between 10am and 3pm, please enter your details in the shopping cart and select payment by phone.

 

Delivery

We aim to despatch orders within 3 - 4 days, if your order is urgent please e-mail us and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Delivery is by Royal Mail, First Class Post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery.

All international orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed For at £6.50
